By using FriendsCast ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
FriendsCast is a social weather app that lets you see weather conditions for your friends' locations, chat with friends, and receive weather-related notifications.
Account & Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
- You sign in via Apple, Google, or Facebook. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
- You may delete your account at any time from the App's profile settings.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Send abusive, harassing, or offensive messages through the chat feature
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the service
- Impersonate another person
Intellectual Property
The App and its content (design, code, branding) are owned by Richard Sandenskog. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.
Weather Data
Weather information is provided by Apple WeatherKit and is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of weather data and are not liable for decisions made based on it.
Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
